Nature calling

Today, i went to “The domain”, the biggest park of Auckland.. I already was impressed in a small park two days ago, as described in a previous post. This was much more amazing!!

The park is gigantic, some parts look like jungle, some parts are really clean with well-kept lawn, sports fields and lots of joggers. You also can find a botanic garden as you can see on the pics (exotic flowers).

I loved it, felt really serene. I sat down and enjoyed the sun for a while there, watching around and thought: The city centre and its huge buildings are somehow “exotic”, because they look different as Europe. But somehow it doesnt really interest me. I’m definitely a nature lover, and this is one of the main reason why i choose to move to New Zealand. I feel right here.

  1. hello Sören,

mais t’es en short dis-moi! ça gazouille alors en NZ…
Tu as l’air content, c’est chouette. Gros bisous à toi, Annika and family
